HEALTHY WALKER KIDS

Our Story

Writing this book together and creating this course has impacted my children immensely.  Prior to our lifestyle change, we nearly had treats after every meal, we enjoyed soda a little too much and we ate a lot of cereal. We've made lots of little changes created new habits and we've had so much fun in the process.

I won't ever forget what my son Rex said. "Mom, before I move out of this house I want to start cooking every night to learn all the recipes that you have. I don't want to eat cereal and fast food everyday like some of my friends. I want to have a good time when I grow up. I want to be an awesome husband....."

Proud momma moment.

Ivory, my 10 year old is super motivated. She's my little entrepreneur. She is excited to earn money and start a business.  For almost 2 years she has sold cookies at her brothers football games, on the corner of the street and door to door to earn money for a family vacation. She's excited to see what is possible and how to help people in the process.

My oldest daughter Brighton said," It was really neat to be able to work hard to achieve a goal of creating a business, and the best part is that we got to do it as a family. I've learned a lot."

Because our vision to help families improve their lifestyle is SO BIG, we would LOVE to be able to help as many people as possible. Create your own healthy lifestyle family story.

Family Lifestyle Health Challenge

I do much better with my habits when I have a goal and I enjoyed using a check list more than I thought. Pre-planning all my lean and green meals work best for me.
